NoSort is a document automation practice. We take one recurring document, build an agent that handles it inside the systems you already run, prove the accuracy in shadow mode, then keep it accurate month by month.
Why documents
Documents are where money and time leak. A certified payroll filed late holds a payment. A lapsed certificate becomes a liability. An invoice coded to the wrong phase hides in the job margin until the job closes.
Software handles the clean forty percent. The rest is exceptions: partial deliveries, price changes, wrong entities, missing endorsements. That is the work we automate.
How we work
- Shadow first. Two weeks beside your team before anything changes.
- One signature. The agent drafts, a human signs. That boundary never moves.
- 99% or we fix it free. If field accuracy drops below 99%, we correct the affected outputs and resubmit at no charge. That is the exclusive remedy.
- Exit is real. You own the code. The retainer buys the monitoring, not the lock-in.
