Start with the free week. If the filing comes back right, the build starts at $18,000 and the retainer at $1,500 a month. If it is wrong, you owe nothing.
The free week
Send one payroll export or five invoices. We return the finished filing within 48 hours so you can check it against what your team does today. If it is wrong, you have lost nothing but the upload.
The build
We build the agent inside your ERP: extraction, wage or clause rules, the exception queue, the audit trail. It runs in shadow beside your team until the accuracy is proven on your own documents, then it goes live.
The retainer
Keeping it accurate once it is live: monitoring, format drift, rule changes and a named exception desk. Priced on how many documents run and how many formats they arrive in.
What the retainer actually pays for
Monitoring
Failed runs, confidence spikes and volume anomalies, caught before your team notices.
Format drift
New invoice layouts, new vendors, new document types. The main cause of silent accuracy loss.
Rule updates
Wage schedules change and agency forms change. Certified payroll breaks every January.
Exception desk
A named person for the three percent the agent will not resolve on its own.
